History
Gregory Sanders began his medical career in Montreal, Canada, at McGill Medical School. He moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1995 to complete internship and residency at Boston University. He was named the Chief Medical Resident and worked with acclaimed cardiologist Dr. Joseph Loscalzo. In 1999 he attended Harvard University as a Fellow in Cardiovascular Disease. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center before moving the Phoenix, Arizona in 2002.
Dr. Sanders joined Arizona Cardiology Group, P.C. in 2002 and began to grow his practice. Focused on non-invasive cardiology and cardiovascular disease, he expanded his practice to the North Scottsdale area. After 16 years at Arizona Cardiology Group, he decided to join Atria Heart, a Cardiology and Wellness Clinic located in the heart of North Scottsdale. Aligned with HonorHealth, Atria Heart provides a full suite of cardiovascular services, and provides inpatient services at the Thompson Peak, Shea, and Osborn campuses.
